Easter Holiday (Weeks 3 and 4)
We have now reached what would have normally been our Easter Holiday. We know that at this time, things are very different from our normal holidays and we are very aware of the different pressures that you are all under.
We have set a variety of activities that you may do during the next two weeks but please remember that these are optional. Class teachers have suggested activities on Google Classroom and there are a variety of different websites that suggest activities for your children here.
School remains open for Critical Workers' children over the Easter holiday. Many of our staff will be taking a break, but a small group of us will be in school. If your situation changes over the holiday, please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to support you. You may also contact Miss Doherty by ringing the school mobile number: 07377 628 083
During this time, please do look at our Lent 2020 page. I have uploaded many resources that you can use with your children from CAFOD and Mission Together. CAFOD have a Kids Zone that have many activities that are great to share with your children and give them an understanding of the world. Please click here if you would like additional activities. Mission Together have created resources that can be completed during Holy Week. Please do take a look by clicking the link below.
I have attached a copy of Wednesday Word for the Easter holiday. This has been sent home with your children prior to the school closure, and it can also be found in our RE Newsletters section on our website.
We are missing our school family greatly, but you are all in our thoughts and our prayers.
Miss Doherty and all of the staff at St Joseph's.
