The community is a key component to the success of St Joseph's. The rich and vibrant community enables us to make links across the curriculum and interact with the wonderful people who make St Joseph's such a special place.

We have strong links with the AHOY centre, a charity changing lives through sailing and rowing. Our children in Years 5 and 6 have the opportunity to visit AHOY each Wednesday evening after school. They learn key skills in cooking, rowing and sewing. Working alongside the staff at the AHOY, our pupils are encouraged to believe in themselves, try something new and develop resilience in a safe environment.
