Please contact Miss Doherty (Headteacher) on

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School is a voluntary-aided primary school. This means that we follow Lewisham's admissions arrangements but also apply our own criteria when it comes to oversubscription. Please see the section Admission Policies on the right for more information.

Parents who wish to consider St Joseph's Catholic Primary School as their school for Reception (Aged 4 -5), must firstly complete an online Common Application Form which is available from the local authority website:

The governors also ask parents to complete a Supplementary Information Form, which should be endorsed by your parish priest, or minister, to verify mass attendance.

It is the intention of the governing body to seek a variation from the Office of the Schools’ Adjudicator, in relation to Catholic practice. Granting of this variation is, at this time, pending.

St Joseph's, is a one-form entry primary school and takes cohorts from Reception (aged 4 by the beginning of the school year) to Year 6 (aged 10 to 11).
